Melissa Suzanne George, an Australia-born actress and businessperson who is also an inventor and model. Her career began in Australia and eventually moved to Hollywood, where she is a huge popularity. George is from the city of Perth native, who was attracted at first in artistic roller skating and dancing. Her modelling career began at the age of twenty-one, when she won the Western Australia Teenage Model Award in 1992. In an episode from The Seven Network's Home and Away, she made her debut in the screen that year. The actress made her debut on the big screen in the crime thriller Dark City and essayed various supporting roles in projects such as Alias The Limey and Down with Love prior to making her first appearance as the female lead in a mainstream Hollywood project in the remake in 2005 of The Amityville Horror. Presently, she's one of the sought-after Australian ex-pats in the American entertainment industry. George is an entrepreneur and invented her own invention Style Snaps to the market.
